• Saturday 25 January 2025 Visit from CBEEBIES!
• Wednesday 18 December 2024 Infant Nativity One of our favourite times of the year was today - our infant school Nativity. This year was The Sleepy Shephard and the children performed beautifully! Even our Year R children took part confidently with their singing and dancing.
• Friday 13 December 2024 Christmas Fair Today was our Christmas Fair. Thank you to Friends of School for organising such a great event, to parents for attending and for the staff and children for helping to run the many stalls and an amazing Santa's Grotto. A great big thank you to Santa and his helpful Elves!
• Thursday 12 December 2024 Junior Carol Service Today our Junior Classes performed their two Carol Services beautifully in St Barnabus Church. Our theme was Christmas in the Movies and the children really enjoyed learning their new songs.
• Wednesday 11 December 2024 Christmas Lunch! What a lovely atmosphere in the school hall today as we all joined in with Christmas Lunch together. Thanks to our cooks, Bonnie and Beth, for making it such a lovely event.
• Wednesday 4 December 2024 Choir Singing at Winchester Christmas Market Today, our choir really enjoyed singing at the Christmas Lights Switch on at Winchester Christmas Market. This has become a lovely annual tradition for our school. Thank you to Mrs Clements and Mrs Butler for organising the trip and running our wonderful choir. • Friday 22 November 2024 Bikeability Well done Year 6 who braved the cold weather to complete their Bikeability course, learning how to cycle on the roads safely in preparation for Secondary School.
• Friday 15 November 2024 Children In Need Today, we all enjoyed joining in with Children In Need day by wearing our spotty non-school uniform and thinking about what Children In Need is about and why we raise money for this cause. Thank you parents for supporting our charity work.
• Monday 21 October 2024 Halloween Pumpkin Trail and Cake Sale What an amazing event this was! Thank you to all the children who brought in their carved pumpkins and for the many families who enjoyed an evening walk through our forest and trail. • Monday 9 September 2024 Upcoming new parent tours Tours are available throughout this term for parents of children starting school in September 2025.
• Saturday 7 September 2024 Harestock School Visit to Littleton and Harestock Show Some of our school staff had great fun at the Littleton and Harestock Show this week. We shared some of our Forest School activities to many of the children who attended. A big thank you to everyone who came and visited us!
• Monday 22 July 2024 Harestock Gardening Club is donated £500! We are very grateful to Cala Homes, who visited us today to see how we are using the £500 they kindly donated to us.
• Wednesday 17 July 2024 Opening of our new Year R Track and Play Area After an exciting time waiting for our new Year R Astroturf and track area, we are excited to say this has now been opened, complete with our new rickshaw, twin taxi and tandem trike. Our adventure play builder blocks will be with us soon!
• Tuesday 25 June 2024 Mayor of Winchester Opens our Pond On 25th June 24, we enjoyed our Sports Day followed by our Summer Fayre. We were delighted that the Mayor of Winchester, Russell Gordon-Smith officially opened our newly renovated pond. You can read all about it in the Hampshire Chronicle.
