The School Day
Our school’s compulsory opening hours are 8.45am – 3.15pm Monday to Friday which totals 32.5 hours.
The school operates a chargeable Breakfast club from 7.45am – 8.45am Monday to Friday – please see ‘Breakfast/After School Club’ under the Parents/Carers tab for further details
The school day is as follows:
- 8:45 a.m.: School day starts
- 10:40 a.m. – 10:55 a.m. : Morning break
- 12.00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m.: Lunchtime
- 3.15 p.m.: School day ends
Parents collecting infant children are to wait on the playground for their child’s class teacher to dismiss them at the end of the day. Parents collecting only junior children collect from the junior playground. If you are collecting both infant and junior, your junior child will walk to the infant playground so you can collect all children together.
Parents can give permission to allow a child to leave with another named adult, however, the office must be notified of this in advance. Junior children may walk home on their own with parental permission.
We provide an After School Club which runs 3.15pm – 5.30pm Monday to Friday. Please see ‘Breakfast/After School Club’ under the Parents/Carers tab for further details.
